I understand that, and want my clients to be able to make an informed decision. Therefore, I will work diligently to ensure that all pertinent information is uncovered and that each transaction from initial showing to closing is a smooth progression. My husbands’ career as an IT consultant/Software Developer resulted in our living in wonderful cities like Miami, Birmingham, San Francisco and New York. I understand the complexities of searching for a home from a distance, or if you are new to the area and I draw on my own experiences to help you find a home in an area that will work to meet your needs. Satisfying my clients’ needs on every level, including location, aesthetics, and amenities in order to find their dream home is a primary goal. My husband and I are both originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia. I attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. We chose to make Tampa our home and it has proven to be a perfect decision for us. From football, to ice hockey, baseball, bike riding, shopping, theaters, museums, great restaurants, and the beaches, this area of Florida has it all. We both love the mix of a casual lifestyle with high energy and a limitless amount of things to do. I am a member of the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Institute for Luxury Homes Member, Business and Professional Women of Tampa Bay (BPW), and TOWA (Trinity Oaks Women’s Association). I served on the ALC 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. Realtor/Builder EXPO committee in 2011 and 2013, and I am a supporter of the ASPCA, The Humane Society, Greater Good Network, and Habitat for Humanity.
